• Our cash offer will be below market value.  We are real estate investors and must make a profit on every deal, but we will pay you a fair price.
• BUT...we may be able to pay close to what you would receive after selling costs with an agent.  Or, if you can wait for some of your cash, we may be able to pay market price, or very close to it.
